I have had the pleasure to work with Nina when she was with our Dale Carnegie Organization in the Cincinnati and surrounding area for a number of years. I was always so excited and grateful to hand over participants to Nina because she was able to bring out the best in each person and exceed expectations. Her authenticity, genuine enthusiasm , discernment along with excellent coaching and communication skills were always on display. She was a major contributor for building our base of satisfied clients and opened up new business opportunities due to her dedication to excellence in the classroom during her tenure with our organization.
John Krugman, Sales Manager, Dale Carnegie & Associates

Nina Roesner's professional background, personal character, and life experience put her in a class all to herself and above anyone I've ever seen. She has been wildly successful in business, marketing, management, public speaking, and training people to speak publicly (even those whose career is speaking). Because of her winning personality and compassionate heart, she has helped many many people by mediating, training in conflict management, and wise counseling that leads people to be happier with themselves and in their relationships. This lady is a gem of a person and the hardest worker I've ever seen.

Create the business, ministry, or church team you want. Become the leader God has called you to be. Breeze through change, difficult discussions, and avoid the expense and missed opportunities from lack of growth!

The current crisis is adding stress to organizations all around the world. According to moneygeek.com,

COVID-19 has impacted virtually every sector of the U.S. economy. Struggles in one sector caused ripple effects on others when stay-at-home orders halted or curtailed normal business operations. Unemployment has reached historic levels, and in April, consumer confidence dropped to its lowest point since 2014 and has yet to rebound to pre-COVID-19 levels. Hertz, Neiman Marcus and JCPenny are just some of the corporations that have already filed for bankruptcy.

Though commercial bankruptcy filings in 2020 are higher than they were in the same period of 2019, that trend began in January — before the pandemic. A surge of personal and commercial bankruptcies seems inevitable in the wake of the coronavirus, but it hasn’t hit yet.

Feeling the added stress? Know you aren’t alone and we can help. Since 2006, we have been coaching people to help them lead more effectively, become more confident, navigate difficulties and honor God in their relationships.

We know getting help is expensive. The average costs of consulting in the United States can run between $45-500/hour, depending on the skill set of the consultant. That’s a lot to pay when you aren’t sure of the results. Most consultants meet weekly, spending the first several sessions (which you have to pay for) giving the consultant the history of the organization. Coaching is different! Your first call as a leader is FREE – and we begin moving forward right away in the first paid session.

No matter how long you have been leading, or what stage you are in, you will face difficulties. How you choose to navigate those challenges will impact your people and organization either positively or negatively. We know what works and can help you develop the habits needed to make lasting positive change a reality for your organization.

Since 2006, we haven’t been just telling people how to become better leaders; we’ve been walking alongside them. Thousands of people have deepened their relationship with God, built their businesses, nonprofits, and ministries, and transformed their leadership. How did they do it? The answer is simple. They practiced with expert guidance. They’ve learned new methods of interacting and praying and have changed their outcomes. Start the change today! Schedule your free call, work with your coach, and become the leader you want to be.
